Tell us what happened

  • The step you were on and the exact message shown.
  • What you expected and what happened instead.
  • Your device, browser, and the approximate time, including your time zone.

Start with a description. Leave API keys, invitation codes, full VINs, financial account details and unredacted contracts out of your message. If a screenshot helps, remove personal information first.

An invitation or session has expired

Invitation codes can be used once. Ask your beta organizer for a new code. If the app asks you to sign in again during a deal check, enter the new code in that same tab to resume your work.

My active deal is missing

Return to the original Minolia tab in the same browser and profile. A new tab may not have the vehicle analysis needed to continue. If the original tab is gone, try your browser's Reopen closed tab option. Avoid clearing site data or signing out while recovering an unfinished deal.

Document review is unavailable

You can enter the terms manually from the paperwork. If the message says an access update is needed, contact your beta organizer before trying another extraction. Repeating the upload will not fix service access.

If a review limit has been reached, follow any retry time shown. Limits can be shared across testers, and an admitted attempt can count even if it fails. Reopening the app does not reset the allowance.

A number or clause looks wrong

Compare the result with the original paperwork before using the extracted terms. Correct the comparison fields when needed. A missing or unreadable amount should stay unresolved until you can verify it; zero means you have confirmed there is no charge or balance.

You can change entered terms and compare again without another extraction. Keep the agreed deal as your reference. Ask the dealer to explain any differences before signing.
